futon perfect for additional seating or sleeping.    We offer a full 
size bath, complete kitchen and breakfast area.  
Our studio is a perfect setting for a much needed romantic getaway 
or vacation.  Once you’re here you can enjoy the local night life, 
great culture, enjoy the kite surfing or just soak up the nice warm 
California sun.

Our studio in Belmont Shores has a price set up as follows:
YEAR ROUND the Penthouse is available @ $500 per week stay (7days).
HOLIDAY rates vary 
$600 (October 1st - April 30th)  
$700 (May 1st. - September 30th)
Week of Easter
Week Memorial Day
Week of 4th of July
Week Of Labor Day
Week Of Thanksgiving
Week of Christmas 
Week of New Years Eve
 
Also, "Grand Prix Special" 3 days 2 nights $575.
 
RENTAL FEES: 50% of the balance is required and due within 5 days of 
the verbal agreement
Balance paid in full 14 days in advance & $100 Non-Refundable 
Cleaning fee.
Security Deposit $200 - refundable
