Oceanfront Home at the Edge of America in Folly Beach

Enjoy a great family getaway only steps from the ocean at Folly Beach! Early risers
will enjoy watching the sun as it rises over the ocean. Watch the surfers from the
front porch while you relax in the swing or rocking chairs. In the evening, you can
experience the wonderful sunsets over the Folly River and view the historic Morris
Island Lighthouse from the deck. In addition to 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, we have
just completed the addition of a wonderful large sunroom/bedroom that has 2 twin
beds and a futon. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed; bedroom 2 has a double bed; and
bedroom 3 has a queen bed. In the large family room, there are 2 additional daybeds.
The kitchen has a dining bar that seats 5. The dining room table seats 6.

When you're ready for time in the shade, enjoy the decking under the house, complete
with hammock. There is also a 3rd bathroom/shower room on this level.

Gas grill, 2 flat screen TVs(1 is a 32-in HDTV flat screen), DVD/VCR, Cable TV,
High-speed Wireless Internet, Washer/dryer, central air, ceiling fans in all rooms, cooking utensils, microwave, toaster, crockpot, blender, waffle maker, board games, and Pack-n-Play provided.

Since Folly Beach is located only 9 miles from historic Charleston,
SC, you will have the advantage of enjoying both the beach and the
city. James Island County Park with Splash Water Island is located
only 5 miles from Folly. The Southeastern Wildlife Expo is in
February. Shelling, biking, crabbing, fishing, swimming and surfing
will keep you busy when you're not basking in the sun.

September 3 through May 5 rental only--$1,500/week ($85 cleaning fee)

*3-night minimum 250/night ($85 cleaning fee)

$100 security/breakage deposit (will be refunded within 1 week of
departure and inspection)
