Amazing beach rental!

My family and I loved staying at this beautiful condo! The condo was so clean, and very spacious. Our family of 4 fit wonderfully, but we could have slept 2 more and we would have still had plenty of room. We (especially our teenage boys) loved that the Resort had a Starbucks located inside, a delicious pizza place and a homemade ice cream shop right across the street. It was exactly a mile from Pier Park, and within a couple of miles from anything that you could possbile want to do in PCB. We were within just a couple of miles from our favorite restaurant, Dee's Hangout. We loved the beachside pool and Tiki bar. Everyone who worked at the Resort was so nice. The resort, pools, and the beach were kept very clean.
We really appreciated how great Cathy was. She always responded to my emails within 24 hours, she was gracious to answer any questions that we had, and she was so kind! We will definatly rent this condo again!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway

Spacious, spotless place with amazing view

This is a great condo to rent. The photos of the condo are accurate. The view from the 18th floor was amazing! The cleaning crew did a nice job and the condo was clean when we arrived. Cathy, the owner, was easy to work with and always reachable. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend. My family of 4 was surprised by how roomy the condo was. There are little touches like door hooks that make dealing with bath towels etc. easier. Also, the washer and dryer in the unit are great to have even just to dry pool towels. The resort is a little over a mile from Pier Park. An easy walk or bike ride. Sharkey's is the closest beach restaurant and it is maybe 3 buildings over. Jeannie's diner and the pizza and wing place across the street are both very good. The beachfront pool has a tiki bar and you can rent chairs and umbrellas and activities right on the beach in front of the resort. Great place!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car
