The Sand Dollar is a luxury condo in Daytona Beach Shores.  It is an 
oceanfront building.  Our 6th floor unit has Southern exposure and a 
fantastic view of the ocean and river from the large balcony.
Everything is supplied for your enjoyment and comfort.
Much new furniture, tile and carpet
Full central air cond.
Large cable TV
VCR

Large kitchen that is fully equipped.

Beds are king, 2 twins, and sleeper sofa
Sleeps a max of 6 people.
All linens are supplied. 
All rentals run Sat-Sat and no rentals less than one week.

Vacation Rental Rates

Lowest rates in Daytona for a oceanfront condo

Rates run $799-1100 depending on the season. 
Property is available for rent all year.
Internet special price of $799 plus tax is available in the off 
season which is:  4/26-5/31 and 8/16-12/20/08
Internet special must be booked by e-mail only.  Phone calls will not 
receive this price. 

These rates do not apply to holidays or special events.

There are no other charges except sales tax of 12 1/2%.  Departure 
cleaning fee is included in your price.  Most others charge extra for 
it.

These units are classified as a resort condominium as defined in 
section 509.242 FS, and have obtained a group or collective license 
pursuant to section 509.251, FS, prior to commencing operation.
