Cozy, Comfortable, Convenient, in Cool Pines in Prescott

Easy access from Highway 69 accessible by paved roads. Our cozy
cabin is nestled in the cool, tall pines outside of Prescott. 4
miles south of Lynx Lake and the cabin is directly across the road
from Lynx Creek just 100 feet from property.

Comfortable wood décor throughout the home for the full cabin
encounter, snug beds, multiple deck areas for ultimate relaxation
experience. An ample sized kitchen with all of your basic amenities
at your disposable. Full sized washer/dryer for your convenience.
Use of linens. Also, gas grill on patio. Please, no smoking.

Our cool mountain nights will be a relaxing change from the desert
heat and fast paced living. Only 10-15 minutes from Prescott for
all of your shopping cultural needs and the year-round activities at
the Court House and historic Whiskey Row. Or bring your hiking
boots, ATV, a good book, or whatever helps you relax and unwind.

Check-in at 2:30 p.m. Rates are $125.00 per night
for off season-excluding major holidays (Oct.-April) and $150.00 per
night peak season and holiday periods (May-Sept.) with a two-night
minimum. Weekly rates are $650.00 off peak and $800.00 peak:
monthly rates-off peak $2,500.00 and $3,000.00 for peak. A $85.00
cleaning fee for each stay the cleaning fee may be waived for 4 or
more night stay. Please inquire for mid-week rentals. Master Card
and Visa accepted with a $20.00 processing fee for each transaction. 50% rental fee required at time
of
reservation-One week for monthly rentals. Balance due at check-in.
Full refund if reservation is cancelled 7 or more days prior to
arrival, or if owner able to re-rent during same time frame. 50% of
deposit retained by owner if reservation cancelled within 48 hours
of arrival and owner is not able to re-rent.

December 1 thru February 28 will have the gas expenses added to the normal rental rate, this will be $50.00 a day extra due to the cold during that time.
