Vacation Rental Rates

Winter Season Rates:
(December 1st-April 1st) (3 Night Minimum in Winter)
--Sun thru Weds:  $300/Night
--3 Night Weekend:  $1,200/Weekend
--4 Night Weekday: $1,100/4 Nights
--Full Week:  $1,900 (7 days/7 nights)

Christmas/New Years/Presidents Day Rates/MLK Holiday:
(4 Night Minimum)
--4 Night Stay:  $1,700/4 Nights 
--Full Week:  $2,200 (7 days/7 nights)

Spring/Summer/Fall Season Rates
(April 2nd-November 30th) (2 Night Minimum in Spring/Summer/Fall)
--Sun thru Weds:  $250/night
--2 Night Weekend:  $600/Weekend
--3 Night Weekend:  $800/Weekend
--4 Night Weekday:  $700/4 Nights
--Full Week:  $1200 (7 days/7 Nights)

Memorial Day/July 4th/Labor Day/Thanksgiving Rates:
(3 Night Minimum)
--3 Night Stay:  $1,000/3 Nights 
--Full Week:  $1,500 (7 days/7 Nights)

*All rates are non-negotiable
*All rates are based upon an occupancy up to 10 people.
*All reservations require a refundable $500 Security Deposit.
*50% deposit is required to confirm reservation
*50% balance + Security deposit are due 4 weeks prior to stay
*In the event that a reservation is performed within 4 weeks of the 
scheduled stay, full payment of the quoted rate and security deposit 
will be required.   
*Check In:  3 pm   Check Out:  11 am
*No Pets or Smoking permitted 
*Cancellation of a confirmed reservation will result in forfeiture of a 
portion of the total rent payment as specified in the terms of the lease
*Payment via personal check or money order
*Families and Mature Groups Only.
