*All rates are based upon a max occupancy of 10 people.
*All reservations require a fully executed lease and deposit.
*50% deposit on the total rate is required to confirm reservation
*Any stay will require a refundable $500 Security Deposit.
*Security Deposits will be returned within 3 weeks of stay.
*50% balance + Security deposit are due 4 weeks prior to stay
*In the event that a reservation is performed within 4 weeks of the
scheduled stay, full payment of the quoted rate and security deposit
will be required.
*Check In: 3 pm Check Out: 11 am
*No Pets or Smoking permitted inside the house 
*Cancellation of a confirmed reservation may result in forfeiture of payment as per the terms of the lease
