Vacation Rental Description
This fully furnished condo is located at Wild Pines, in the
beautiful gated community of Bonita Bay in Bonita Springs, Florida.
The average daily temperature here in Southwest Florida ranges from
78-82 degrees. The unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully furnished,
with all linens, towels, and cooking utensils. It sleeps 4
comfortably, but when our children visit, it can accommodate up to 6
people.
The spacious screened/glassed in Lanai overlooks a small lake with
private access from the master bedroom and/or living room where you
may also wish to relax with a good book or enjoy breakfast lunch or
dinner at your leisure.
All bed linens are provided with beach towels for your
pleasure.
Among the many amenities is our private beach located on the Gulf of
Mexico - just 15-20 minutes from your condo. There is no need to
drive as you may use our beach shuttle bus (the stop is only a three
minute walk from your condo). The bus is a courtesy of Bonita
Bay/Wild Pines, and arrives hourly from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
You may wish to pack a picnic lunch, or reserve one of the many
grilling and table areas for your party or family. There is no need
to lug chairs, lounges or umbrellas. The staff at Bonita Beach
will cheerfully direct you to chairs, lounges and umbrella’s that
have already been placed for your convenience and enjoyment -
AND...NO TIPPING ALLOWED!
One of the most spectacular sights is the sunsets as enjoyed from
the beach. Here, you can get away from the cold and snow of winter,
pampering and drenching yourself in the Florida sunshine. This is a
vacation destination certain to please.
Prior to your arrival at Wild Pines we will arrange for your vehicle
pass allowing you entrance 24 hours a day
Just outside your door is the beginning of several miles of walking
and biking trails. Bonita Bay is located on approximately 2500
acres of protected wetlands and wildlife areas with private homes,
condos and high rise residences. The scenery is spectacular and the
water and weather ideal for a winter vacation.
There are plenty of public golf courses just a short drive from your
unit, and within a 15-20 minute walk (or you may bike) there is The
Prominade, a collection of fine accessory, clothing and gift shops,
and 4-6 eating establishments - all within walking distance.
Florida Southwest International Airport (RSW) is only 20 minutes
away on Interstate-75 also a short distance from your condo. The
World Champion Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twin training camps
located in Ft Myers are approximately a (20-25 minute drive).
World famous Sanibel Island should be among your visits, along with
the pure white sand of Fort Myers Beach. The Trolley ride from the
shopping center at Bonita Springs is only $.25 to Fort Myers Beach,
and runs on a 20 minute schedule. Until after sunset.
