You have plenty of room to spread out and also entertain with almost 1700 square feet under air. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and the second bedroom has a Queen size bed. The master
bedroom is equipped with a dresser and chest of drawers. You also have 3 closets, a large double sink vanity, tub and separate shower. The second
bedroom has a  chest of drawers, closet and conveniently located to second bathroom that has a tub/shower combination.   The bedrooms are on opposite of the home for maximum privacy.

The open style living and dining area has a lovely table for 4 for more
formal dining. Your large kitchen also has dining for 4. You will enjoy the new granite counter tops. Four bar stools are also included for informal eating at the bar. Your den is set up for relaxing or working on your computer.

Your screened lanai is furnished with a table with seating for 4. It faces North and East for maximum comfort. It also has a fan and light.

Your home includes a washer and dryer and is equipped with everything
you need to enjoy your vacation.  So, just bring your clothes and get ready to enjoy the wonderful resort lifestyle that is Pelican Preserve. 

Pelican Preserve is a premier 55 plus community that is loaded with
every amenity possible including: 27 holes of golf on a Chip Powell

you to enjoy, free movies in a theatre with leather seats, upscale

Special rate of $1,500 for a rental in either April or December. Very special rate of $1,300 for rentals from May through November.

All rentals add 11%  tax, $200 transfer fees and $85 departure cleaning fee. $700 security/reservation deposit also required.

Community requires a one month minimum stay.  Also, one individual needs to be 55 or older.
