Vacation Rental Description

Truly a Vacation Sensation!  You will enjoy a vacation away from  
home in this beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo.  
 
You are going to love relaxing on your tiled and screened lanai enjoying your lake view that also  
gives you a glimpse of golf holes and the new golf club in the distance.   
 
The master bedroom has a King size bed and the second bedroom has a Queen size bed. The master  
bedroom is equipped with a dresser and chest of drawers. The second bedroom has a tall chest. The  
bedrooms are on opposite of the condo for maximum privacy. 
 
The open style living and dining area has a table for 4 for more formal dining and a large leather  
sectional coach. There are TVs in both the living room and master bedroom. Your lanai is furnished  
with seating for 4 and a table for informal dining.  
 
Your home includes a washer and dryer and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your  
vacation.

Pelican Preserve is a premier 55 plus community that is loaded with  
every amenity possible including: 27 holes of golf on a Chip Powell  
designed course, resort style outdoor pool with jacuzzi on the deck,  
indoor lap pool and section for water exercises, indoor walking  
track, fully loaded exercise facility with free exercise classes for  
you to enjoy, free movies in a theatre with leather seats, upscale  
dining on site at Destinations restaurant, social events, tennis on  
6 har tru courts, fishing pier, walking trails through a nature  
preserve, a new butterfly garden and more.

Activities and Attractions

If you still want more to do, you can plan a day at one of the  
beaches in the area including Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, Lovers Key  
to name a few.  The shopping opportunities are boundless with Bell

event at the Barbara Mann Performing Arts. Or, perhaps you would

ASK ABOUT MULTIPLE MONTH DISCOUNTS! 
 
All rentals must be for a minimum of a month according to community  
regulations.  11% Florida tourist tax applies to all rentals of less than 6  
months, plus a departure cleaning fee of $85. 
 
Transfer Fees:  Town Center for use of facilities, $100, Required  
Association Fee of $100 for all rentals.  To reserve this home, a reservation/security deposit of  
$700 is needed.  It will be refunded in full assuming no damages.
