Relax & unwind at this wonderful two storey 2000 sq ft home on the  
gated community of Heritage Harbour. With three bedrooms, two and a  
half bathrooms, a games room in the den and a luxurious pool & spa  
area overlooking the lake & golf course, this home simply has it  
all !!! 
 
This 2006 home is tastefully decorated throughout in a contemporary  
style with all new furnishings. Its very popular open plan design  
with cathedral ceilings and rounded arches give it a real luxurious  
feel. The bedrooms are configured as follows……the Master King Suite  
is situated on the ground floor with sliding door access to the pool  
& spa area and its own flat screen 14inch TV. The master ensuite  
bathroom is very spacious with walk in shower, oval bath tub, corian  
countertops and twin sinks below a Hollywood lighting effect. The  
elegant dresser/mirror, two bedside tables and large closet provide  
all the storage capacity one would require. Both the queen and twin  
bedrooms are situated on the upper floor and share a full bathroom,  
with shower over the bath tub, corian countertops and twin sinks  
below a Hollywood lighting effect. The half bathroom is located on  
the ground floor. 
 
The kitchen, finished with luxurious cherry cabinets and corian  
countertops, is well equipped with a preparation station,  
refrigerator (ice make & drink dispenser), microwave, oven and  
dishwasher. All kitchen utensils are provided. There is a separate  
utility room with washer and dryer adjoining the two car garage with  
electric door opening facility. 
 
The living area boasts an elegant leather sectional sofa which  
offers the perfect place to enjoy the 42inch Pioneer Plasma wall  
mounted TV with DVD and DVR/Cable facility, whilst also taking in  
the view through the sliding doors of the pool area, lake & golf  
course. 
 
The two star attractions of this home are the games room and pool  
area. For the more active guests, the games room is located on the  
upper floor in the den area and boasts a luxurious 8ft Brunswick  
pool table with a window view over the lake and golf course. For  
those wishing to relax and unwind, there is the exceptionally  
designed pool & spa area. The pool, completed in November 2006,  
measures 28’ x 14’ with roman steps leading into the shallow end.  
The spa, with seating facility for six people, offers endless  
enjoyment for all the family. Surrounding the pool and spa is a very  
spacious deck with a covered lanai and full patio set giving the  
opportunity to those who wish to escape the sunshine. The pice de  
resistance of the home though has to be the stunning view from the  
pool area. The lake to the rear of the home offers the perfect haven  
to the most amazing and fascinating wildlife. You can enjoy watching  
the golfers tee off on the 16th Hole of Stoneybrook Golf Course  
across the lake. And if that is not enough, then enjoy the truly

Electric Pool & Spa Heat additional charge of $150/week. 
10% deposit to secure home - balance required 4 weeks prior to  
arrival. 
Payments can be made by check, bank transfer or credit card  
(additional 2% processing fee applies for transactions by bank  
transfer and credit card).
