Open the door and be welcomed by a panoramic view of long range 
mountain peaks and the spectacular view of the lake on the 
12th hole at Hound Ears Golf Club.  This beautiful home has vaulted 
ceilings, exposed beams, heart pine floors, a large stone fireplace  
and is beautifully furnished for your enjoyment.  Every room in the 
house has magnificent views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.  Sit in 
the rockers on the partially covered deck and breathe the fresh 
mountain air at 3900 feet above sea level.  When evening comes, the 
sunsets and the twinkling lights of faraway homes will bring a 
romantic touch to your vacation.

The 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths are located on separate floors, 
along with a sleeper sofa loft. The master bath on the main floor 
has a Jacuzzi tub as well as a custom oversized shower.  The kitchen 
is fully equipped.

Centrally located to Blowing Rock, Boone, Valle Crucis and Banner 
Elk, you will find a wide selection of restaurants, art galleries, 
golf courses, and antique shopping.

River, numerous hiking trails, rock climbing, nearby falls, rafting, 
canoeing, horseback riding, golf, tennis, tubing in the New River, 
or just sit back and enjoy a good book.

Be sure to visit as many as you can of the areas wonderful outings 
during your stay. Grandfather Mountain's mile high swinging bridge 
and animal habitat, Linville Falls and Caverns, the Blowing Rock, 
Tweetsie Railroad, Moses Cone Mansion, Mast General Store, Summer 
Festivals/Music, and the beautiful, scenic Blue Ridge Parkway is 
only 10 minutes away.

Applachian State University Football Division II National Champions will compete for their third 
national title in the fall.

This comfortable home with panoramic views is available
by week or month. 

Weekly     $2000
Monthly    $6500

2-night minimun at $300 a night. Leaf Season is an addtional 20%. 
50% is required at time of reservation. Balance due two weeks prior 
to arrival. 

Pets are not permitted. No Smoking.
