gated golf resort. Monterey style with separate Casita. The home is
on the 5th hole, southern exposure, great privacy, and located within
walking distance of the clubhouse with access to all club pools and
hot tubs spa etc.

The home is furnished with new appliances (double oven, microwave,
dishwasher, refrigerator, and gas range), new small appliances,
dinnerware, flatware, and cookware. Includes washer and dryer,
central air and heating, along with ceiling fans in living
area, and bedrooms. Master bedroom suite is carpeted with king bed,
night stands, armoire, TV and sitting area with a view. Large walk-in
master bath with double sinks, walk-in closet and large walk-in
shower. Master suite and second bedroom are separated by living area
and kitchen for privacy.

The valley has 6 casinos that offer dining, shows and Las Vegas
style gambling. Thaquitz Falls, nature preserves, the Palm Springs
Ariel Tramway, and mid-century architecture are just a few of the
things to be enjoyed in this beautiful place. The area is know for
its arts and music festivals, theater, horse shows, golf & tennis
events, and community events that offer a unique variety of
