five car indoor garage.
· The lot boasts a Custom pool with 15 ft. Rock waterfall (Pool Not Heated)

o Two covered outdoor patios with dining & BBQ area with sleep Futon
for 2.

Normal Rates:
$450 Sunday thru Thurs. with a 2 day minimum.
$550 per Fri-Sat.
$3,500.00 per week.
HOliday Rates:
$600 to $650 per night.
$4000.00 per week.
$11,000 per month
$300 cleaning fee
$150.00 Pet cleaning fee - NO Exceptions.

ANY DAY CHECK-IN---Check-in 4pm---Check-out 12pm.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, ATM Cards
with Visa /MasterCard logo, Cashiers Checks OR Money Orders but the
Dates will not be booked until Deposit is Received.

NO Rental Tax AT This Time.
All Rates are PLUS Cleaning Fee and Refundable Security Deposit.

$500.00 Security Deposit for Nightly rentals or $1,000.00 for Weekly
rentals are required to book dates.(Refundable 7 business days after
vacating property).

$300.00 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged.

All rentals to be paid 60 days prior to occupany or
immediately if less than 60 days prior to arrival.

REFUND Policy:
Cancellation Fee of $100.00 will be charged at all times.
60 days or more prior to arrival all money refunded.
45 days prior to arrival -- 1/2 money refunded.
30 days or less - all monies forfited

ALL rates are subject to change without notice and HOLIDAYS WILL BE
HIGHER.
