Living room has gas fireplace, 50 inch satellite TV with NFL and 
college football packages, VHS, DVD, stereo, AM, FM, cassette, ipod 
adapter and CD player, all with surround sound, ceiling fans, half 
bath, retractable glass walls that open up to the pool with panoramic 
views of Sea of Cortez, Pacific Ocean, marina, mountains, downtown 
Cabo and miles of beach.

Dining room table seats 6, with a breakfast island bar that seats 4.

Gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry, finished in elegant granite, 
including upgraded stainless steel appliances, 32 bottle wine cooler, 
seperate built in whirlpool ice maker for entertaining and water 
purification system. this kitchen comes fully equipped.

Laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Infinity pool and Jacuzzi (heated), with panoramic views of the Sea 
of Cortez, marina, Pacific Ocean, downtown Cabo, mountains and miles 
of beach. Large patio has table, 4 chairs and 8 chase loungers for

the entire patio (beautiful at night).

The romantic master suite has a king bed, satellite TV, built in 
surround sound system, private bath with his and hers sinks, Jacuzzi

marble, ceiling fan, seperate sitting area with fireplace and wet 
bar. Private terrace has large retractable glass walls with

The dramatic spiral staircase leads you to the bonus room, witch 
includes a pit group that seats 6, satellite TV,DVD player, wet 
bar,full bath and private terrace,retractable glass walls and 
beautiful views.Two luxurious master suites, each with king size bed, 
surround sound, private bath with his and hers sinks, large garden 
tub, with large windows and views of the Sea of Cortez and the marina 
(again romantic and relaxing), seperate shower and toilet, all 
finished in marble. Large walk in closets, ceiling fans, seperate 
sitting area and privates terraces with large retractable glass walls 
with views of the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean.

One guest room with two twin beds, can be made in a queen if so 
desired.
