Enjoy your stay in a 24 hr. security gated 1550 sq. ft. beautifully fully furnished ground level two  bedroom VILLA standing on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The master bedroom and living room  have direct panoramic views of the ocean and coast line. The master bath is fully tiled and the  counter is a rich charcoal black granet. The second bath is also fully tiled with a matching
granet counter top. The floors throughout are richly tiled with the master bedroom and living room  leading out to your private patio. When cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, again all counters  and bar area are a rich charcoal black granet; you can view the ocean while fixing a bite to eat.
Spacious closets, internet access is available in the condo for your convenience (without having to  go to the internet room for service). 40” flat screen, Direct TV, VCR and DVD in the master bedroom, living room with a 32” flat screen TV, Direct TV, DVD, VCR and CD Player, second bedroom  with a 24” Sony TV, Calafia Cable. A private one car garage with remote is provided and there are  additional parking spaces adjacent to the unit.  In the garage you will find a full size washer and  dryer.

This is a very quiet and safe complex away from street traffic and only allowing the sounds of the  ocean streaming into your villa. The security guard entrance to the complex is available from the main street, a club house, indoor fireplace, cable TV, WiFi in your villa (no need to go to the HOA internet room), barbeque on your patio, flat screen TV in living and master bedroom, short walk
to the private beach, HOA private tennis, pool and spa are there for you to enjoy, in general, a lovely place to vacation and relax. Walk to the Calafia Hotel restaurant and nightclub to enjoy a wonderful evening.

During the day enjoy an active day at our private access beach, go boating, surfing, shopping, horseback riding, golfing, hiking, or eating lobster at many of the fine restaurants in Rosarito.
For a restful day, swim or enjoy the 3 spas just yards from your front door. Take advantage of the two exercise rooms and sauna available for your pleasure. Take a walk on the cliff over looking the ocean, go down to the beach and cool you feet in the surf or just rest on the cliff side overlooking the ocean. In the evening you can sit on your private patio, sip a margarita, barbeque on the grill and enjoy the view of the ocean with the setting sun as a back drop. Or don’t cook; just enjoy a wonderful meal at the historic Calafia hotel with its well known restaurant and nightclub only steps
away.
