$1100 PER WEEK FOR REMAINDER OF JUNE! SPECIAL RATE!
$1400/week in July; (starting June 28th though July 26th)
$1500/week in August; (starting July 27th through August 30th)
$1500/EXTENDED week for last week in August 8/30- 9/6 through Labor Day
DISCOUNT FOR 2 WEEK RENTAL!!

We DO NOT rent to anyone under 25 years of age.  Security Deposit Required.
Seasonal Summer rates available; Entire summer, available; contact for discounted rate.
No pets have been in this apartment since new; however, I will consider a pet if they are "crate 
trained" with a crate brought to the house for the rental period. Extra security deposit required 
for a pet.  Please inquire about pets.
