Suwannee Cove Condos, pool access or view, Club house has elevator and public bathrooms. Boat slips
and or common area boat dock with boat ramp and fishing cleaning area.
You can see the Suwannee River entrances from most units and views of the Gulf.

Units sleeps 4 to 8 people. Phone, Cable TV, Washers & Dryers. Gas grill, Cook ware, towels and bed
linens and for the comfort of your stay. Just bring your boat, fishing tackle and plenty of bug
spray & sunscreen and bottled water. Hire a charter captain for fresh or salt water fishing, sunset
tours, and bird watching. Rent canoes or kayaks or a golf cart. Eat at one of our 2 Restaurants.
Salt Creek Restuarant for lunch or dinners or Suwannee Cafe for breakfast and lunch 7 days a week.
Bring your own catch of the day for either of the two to cook for you while you have a beer or glass
of wine or your favorite mixed drink. Just set back, relax and enjoy your stay here.

Enjoy the breath taking sunrises & sunsets where the Suwannee River meets the Gulf of Mexico.
A fisherman’s paradise, canoe & kayaking delight in the Gulf or the Beautiful Suwannee River or the
many fresh or salt water tidal creeks. Watch out for our Manatees please, there a pleasure to watch.
Look for the eagles, hawks, fox, raccoon, and many pelican's, turtles & alligators roaming our
little Town of Suwannee at any time. So have your camera ready at all times.
Travel our Dixie Mainline Wild Life Refuge to Shirred Island for back in time to the real nature
Florida trail. Walk our only beach for shell gathering and breath taken sunrise and sunsets for
beautiful sunset photos. Visit any of our many islands by boat for an island adventure.
Please be aware of the many dangers of walking on the trails with wild life.

Two nights minimum on all units.
$150 per night plus 7% sales tax = $160.50 plus $100 cleaning fee.
$900 per week plus 7% sales tax = $963.00 plus $150 cleaning fee.
$150 Refundable Security Deposit ONLY if all is left clean, Free of Smoke,
No Damages and No missing items on check list.
Deposit will be mailed within seven days or hand delivered at departure.
Deposit will be non refundable if cancellation is within 48 hours of
reservation arrival or Holiday Weekends. Acts of God will be the only refundable
cancellation deposit.
We recommend you bring your own bottled water for your stay.
