No waiting in lines to launch or worrying about leaving your vehicle or boat at a public facility. A great place for your dogs and kids to run and play- no hassles..just relax!

This property was designed with large groups and families in mind. We never rent to more than one group at a time.

If you are a Smaller group we will rent the Main House by itself, with the Casitas added on as needed. This offer is based on Mid-Week rentals and a 3 night minimum. Please don't hesitate to inquire about a last minute booking, if it's available we may make an exception.

The Main House

The main house has 2 bedrooms, each with Queen pillowtop mattresses and quaility linens, eat in kitchen, living room and 2 baths.

All new appliances, dishwasher, coffee pot, microwave, blender, waffel maker, large refrigerator,  Fully air conditioned.
Linens, Kitchen utensils and charcoal barbeque provided.
Starter set of linens and towels will be provided. Please provide beach towels  and extra towels if needed.

 The Casitas

Attached to the home are 5 riverview rooms with separate french door entrances, kitchenettes and private showers. 4  of the 5 rooms have Queen pillowtop beds and quality bed linens, kitchenettes with microwaves. The 5th room has a set of twin bunkbeds, Queen pull out sofabed , bathroom/shower and a full size refrigerator.  

All rooms are air conditioned and spanish tiled.

Only 26 miles from Laughlin, Nevada, casinos, restaurants, River
boat rides!
Boat trips to Topock Gorge nature preserve or Lake Havasu.
Needles municipal golf course only a short 5 min drive!
A short drive to Bullhead City where you can find, Walmart, Sams
Club, Home Depot and great Antique
shops!
5 min, drive to grocery store and Rite Aid
For the adventures types, dune buggy through the desert from your
front door! Or fish along the
