Beautiful Ocean View Maui Sunset Condo - B213 in Kihei

Our privately owned condo is located in sunny Kihei at the Maui
Sunset. With the traditional charm and grace of old Hawaii, the Maui
Sunset is located on over 5 acres of oceanfront, with immaculately
maintained grounds, including a 60 foot swimming pool, jacuzzi,
BBQ areas, exercise room, shuffleboard, tennis and putting greens.
The unit is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and after
your departure. We provide linens for 4, free Internet access,
and the kitchen comes fully equipped. A starter supply of paper
towels, toilet paper, bath soap and dishwasher soap is
included. Beach towels, cooler, hair dryer, iron and ironing board
are also available for your use.
Although ceiling fans and fresh breezes naturally cool the area,
there are also two A/Cs in the unit if necessary.
The Maui Sunset is conveniently located, with dining, supermarkets
and convenience stores just minutes away. Within 5 miles, there are
3 championship 18 hole resort golf courses at Wailea and Makena, as
well as public golf courses, all with incredible vistas.

$75 cleaning charge for stays of less than 7 nights.
Rates are in $US and subject to change without notice.
Additional discounts considered for long term rentals.
Policies: Check in after 3:00 PM. Check out by 10:00 AM. Rates are
based on 1 to 4-person occupancy. A 13.41% state hotel tax will be
applied to the rates. No pets or smoking allowed. Please remove
shoes prior to entry.
Deposit/Payment: We require a 20% U.S. deposit to book the unit.
The unit will be reserved for you when we receive the deposit. The
remaining balance is due in full 45 days prior to arrival.
Refunds: All cancelled reservations will be charged a $50
cancellation fee. A full refund (less the $50 cancellation fee)
will be granted if cancellation is made within 45 days of arrival.
50% will be refunded if cancelled 30-45 days prior to arrival. There
will be no refunds if cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival.
There will be no refund for cancellations made after November 1st of
bookings between December 15th and January 1st.
