Vacation Rental Description

Updated and Interior Designer touches throughout.  Both Bedrooms 
downstairs have their own private bath, TVs, and very large closets! 
Master has Cal King, and 2nd Bedroom has Queen bed along with twin 
bed.  Stackable Washer/Dryer conveniently located downstairs near 
bedrooms.  Upstairs invites you to the warmth of mountain colors and 
decor. Pub-height rich Brazilian-wood dining table seats 6, with 
seating for 4 more at the bar!  Vaulted Ceiling and spacious open 
living/dining/kitchen gives the feeling of luxurious mountain 
retreat.  Large Living Room contains queen sleeper sofa and 3rd full 
bath easily accommodates guests upstairs.  This condo was made for  
entertaining!! DVD and VCR provided along with games for fun. Nestle 
in by the fire for a warm relaxing stay.

Location - Location! This condo is right around the corner (a three 
minute walk) to the gondola and village where you can enjoy many 
great restaurants, pubs, and shopping.

Park the car at the condo - you won't need it again!

  The Helios complex provides an outdoor jacuzzi, and indoor dry 
sauna with 2 extra large baths to shower off afterwards.  The 
clubhouse has a ping-pong table and racquetball courts for your 
entertainment.  You may park directly in front of your 
door which makes for quick unloading and convenient grocery runs. 
This condo has it all!   

Activities and Attractions

It's not just all about the snow!  Boarders and 
skiers will love this location due to the easy walk to the 
gondola....but Mammoth offers so much more.  Summer: hiking and 
biking trails dot the whole area. Mammoth and Crowley, known for  
great fishing, also offer a great round of golf with a backdrop and 
weather to die for!  Visit the Art Exhibits, music events, 
shops....or perhaps even a day spa.  Take a beautiful drive 
through June Lake.  Visit any of the 50 lakes that gave 
Mammoth Lakes area its namesake. Visit in the fall and see a 
mountain ablaze with color! Or just come up and breathe the fresh 
air and relax in the mountain breezes.
