Built in 2006, this executive style home with private pool that
features an adjacent shower area and dressing rooms. No main roads to
cross to beach! This home features an inverted floor plan with two
screened porches on the first floor and open porches with an octagonal
dining area on the second floor. There are beautiful Brazilian Cherry
hardwood floors and Corian countertops in all bathrooms. Non-smoking.
This home also has an elevator.
The first floor has a large entrance hall with hardwood floors which
flows into a separate den and kitchenette area with Cable T.V. and CD
player. Four carpeted bedrooms, each with private bath, ceiling fan,
and cable T.V.
The second floor has a spacious kitchen with a large island, which
includes two dishwashers. Dining area with a ocean front view is
adjacent to kitchen. Granite countertops in kitchen and wet bar.
Master Bedroom Suite, with tray ceiling and cove lighting. Guest
powder room. Extra room with Queen sleep sofa. Wet Bar located under
Cupola. Family Room with gas fireplace, T.V. and CD player.
