property is listed as a wildlife sanctuary, so sit back and observe the numerous hummingbirds,
bunnies, wild birds and deer that visit our property.

Camano Island is nestled between the mainland and Whidbey Island. You drive right onto the island by
bridge, no ferries to get to this island. Camano is located 41 miles from Seattle and 25 miles from
Everett. Camano is best known for its arts community, tulip festival, state parks, boating and water
recreation. Come visit the famous Tulip Festival such a beautiful sight to see! Also Camano is in the
heart of the rain shadow known as the “Banana Belt” which is said to receive about half the rain
amount of Seattle. Unwind, Relax, Enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside.

Minimum of two night stay, holiday week/weekends minium 3 night stay. These rates are for up to 6
people. Extra $10 charge per person per night for additional people to cover the costs of water &
utilities.

The rates above to do not include any damage deposit fees or sales tax. Damage deposit is required
and rates vary dependent upon length of rental. Damage deposit is fully refundable upon inspection
of home within 14 days if no damage, loss or extra cleaning expenses to property are incurred. Please
inquire.

$80 cleaning fee will apply to all reservations. Up to $50 is refundable within 14 days if home is
left clean (in the condition it was on your arrival.)

NO SMOKING - PETS ON PRE-APPROVAL plus additional $50 deposit (fully refundable if no damage, loss or
extra cleaning expenses to property are incurred.)

A deposit of 1/2 the rental fee will be required to hold your reservation within 7 working days of
reservation. The balance (including damage deposit and cleaning fee) must be paid no later than 30
days prior. There will be a 20% cancellation fee will be charged if not cancelled within 30 days
prior to the date of the reservation.

Last minute bookings (less than 30 days prior to arrival date) will need to be paid in full at time
of reservation.
