away from the rest of the condo. It has a queen size bed, sitting
area, his and her closets, and private bath. The second bedroom has
two twin beds and a pull out twin sleeper sofa. This unit also has a
full kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, 2 assigned parking spaces,
a private balcony with a beautiful view of the intracoastal waterway.
The building has an elevator and is only steps to the beach side pool
and the white sandy beach.
Beautiful sunrises can be seen over the intracoastal waterway from
this unit, and once the sun has set, enjoy the twinkling lights from
passing boats from your private balcony.
