Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to Indian Sunsets.  This roomy 1290sf condo with 10'  
ceilings has two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen and is situated  
on Indian Rocks Beach with a beautiful view of the intracoastal.  
This condo complex has only 11 units for that private vacation  
feeling.  
 
This unit sleeps 5 privately.  The master suite is set  
away from the rest of the condo.  It has a queen size bed, sitting  
area, his and her closets, and private bath. The second bedroom has  
two twin beds and a pull out twin sleeper sofa. This unit also has a 
full kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, 2 assigned parking spaces,  
a private balcony with a beautiful view of the intracoastal waterway, an 
elevator, and is steps to the beach!   
 
Beautiful sunrises can be seen over the intracoastal waterway from  
this unit, and once the sun has set, enjoy the twinkling lights from  
passing boats from your private balcony.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Tv's and DVD/VCR/CD's. Wireless internet, Washer and Dryer in unit, Table and chairs on 
private balcony.  Pool is located beach side. Fishing is 
available at the beach and across the street on the intracoastal

White sandy beach, Boating, fishing from the dock across the street,  
swimming, relaxing, etc.  Walk to restaurants and shopping.  Busch  
Gardens is 40 minutes away.  Disney is 90 minutes away.  Trolley  
service is available up and down Gulf Blvd.
