and pullout on terrace, and two (2) single rollaways
sleeps 4 TO 6 adults, or a family, or 2 friendly
couples.

Bedroom has king bed, and AC unit. LR and terrace have queen pull outs, AC, new
color TV, DVD (plays all format DVDs).

One bath with shower and kitchen with full sized refrig, new microwave,
fully equipped to cook/serve. Small serving pass-through bar to LR. Plastic
glasses and dishware provided for outdoor eating.

New furniture being added!

LR has A/C unit, and huge sliding glass door onto terrace with tile floor, table
chairs, etc. New wooden deck off terrace onto sand. Lounge chairs
may be moved onto terrace and /or deck. Only the pool and lush
vegation separate you from the Sea!

Unit has new washing machine - wooden drying rack for terrace/deck.
New Charcoal grill on deck

New: charcoal grill and utensils provided for outdoor cooking.

On-site amenities include 4 large pools (some with kids' shallow
area),outdoor showers, 3 tennis courts - all in gated community with
24/7 security. Over 1/4 mile seafront with rock jettys make
snorkeling on property a reality.

The condo has linens and many towels for your pleasure. You may want
to bring your own CDs and DVDs. A small washing machine
washes "quick loads" which can be hung to dry in the sun on the
deck.

Within walking distance (off property): 4 restaurants, cafes with
wifi "hotspots", small strip shopping center, grocery store, rental
car agencies, jet ski and other watersport rentals.

Currency is Euro or USDollar on French side; USDollar on Dutch side.

If you do not rent a car, busses and taxis take you on a 5 minute drive to Marigot (French side
capitol) where there are West Indian crafts and quaint food markets,
duty-free shopping, many gorgeous waterfront French cafes, a busy
Port where you can rent a boat for snorkeling, fishing charters, or
take a water taxi to St Barts or Anguilla. You can hike to the top
of Fort St Louis with a breathtaking view of the island, or visit
museums, or a modern shopping mall.

The Dutch side of the island (15 minute drive) has late-night life,
gambling casinos, a variety of bars and restaurants, and more
shopping.

There are 37 beaches on the island - some with people! Others have
cafes and watersport rentals, one has a bar where you can watch
(close up!)the jets land from Europe and the US. All beaches have
beautiful blue water, lush vegetation, white sand, and warm breezes!

First time visitors note, this is a European island - topless
bathing is common and natural. There are also all-nude beaches if
that is your pleasure. Relaxation is mandatory!

Terms: Weekly rentals. Half to agent or owner upon acceptance
of reservation. Balance due in cash - USD or Euro - to rental agent upon checking
in. (No checks or credit cards).

10% discount for multiweek rentals. Mid-week maid service can be
arranged.

You will be met at the airport and escorted to your condo at Nettle Bay Beach Club
by our charming St Martin agent who will explain the use of the
condo's amenities and answer any questions you have. Please ask for
maps and directions.
