Marine Street Beach and a short walk to the world-famous La Jolla
Village. Whether it's surfing, beachcombing and whale watching or
antiquing, golfing and relaxing, The La Jolla Mar offers you the ideal
base for all of these activities.

When you arrive at La Jolla Mar the first thing you will do is walk up
the stairs to the front porch and pause before you walk into the home
to take in the beautifully landscaped front yard and salty ocean air.
Then as you enter the house you will feel right at home with the cozy
furnishings and comfortable atmosphere of the house. This home has all
the amenities you will need to enjoy and wonderful vacation at the beach.

The home is fully equipped and professionally decorated with
colorful and comfortable furnishings and all high end amenities; the
formal living room has a comfortable couch, additional chairs for more
seating and working fireplace. There is also a flat screen television
with surround sound audio system, full cable channels and both a VCR
and DVD player. The living room also has a large windows facing west
where you can sit in the warm afternoon sunlight. There is also a desk
area perfect for those who need to get in a little work with on
vacation. Whether you are enjoying the California weather, the crackle
of the fireplace or a great movie on TV, this living room will be a
place your family will be able to create long lasting memories of a
great vacation.

The dining room features a formal eating area with seating for u to
eight. This is the perfect place to enjoy the morning paper and a cup
of coffee or a homemade dinner with friends or family. French doors
open from the hall way creating a comfortable and open space.

The great room includes a spacious kitchen with granite counter tops,
luxury stainless steel appliances including double oven, side by side
refrigerator, dishwasher and range top. The kitchen also has an
amazing center island, breakfast nook with seating for 6, lots of
counter space and every appliance and utensil you will need to cook
your favorite meals. The kitchen area is open to the family room area
with has a large gas fireplace, 42 inch flat screen television with
surround sound audio system, full cable channels and both a VCR and
DVD player, beautiful couch and seating area for you to relax and
spend time with your friends and family. The great room has French
doors that open up to the beautiful and lush back yard area.

This home has three bedrooms and a total of five beds with sleeping
space for up to eight people. The master bedroom has a luxurious king
size bed, flat screen television with surround sound audio system,
full cable channels and both a VCR and DVD player, gas fireplace, walk
in closet with California closet system, a private bathroom with dual
sink and oversized Jacuzzi bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen
bed, spacious closet, bright and sunny windows and access to the
hallway. The third bedroom also has a queen bed and direct access to
both the hallway and second bathroom. In the great room downstairs,
the couch can be pulled out into a bed to create additional sleeping
space for any extra guests.

This home has been fully equipped with a stereo with CD player
connected to a surround sound system that extends throughout the
entire house. In addition, we provide a telephone with answering
machine for local calls and high speed wireless internet service. All
linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, bath towels, beach towels) are
provided.

In your private courtyard, you are able to enjoy an intimate evening
with family and friends under the sparkling stars. The yard area
includes outdoor dining table and chairs, built in gas BBQ, tranquil
water fountain and beautiful and lush landscaping and flowers.

A full-size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. This
home also comes complete with off street parking for two cars, one in
the driveway and the other in the garage. We also provide boogie
boards, sand toys, beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels, so that you can
better enjoy the area the way we do. Plus for families with small
children, we provide a pak-n-play crib, highchair, noise monitor and
baby gates with the rental of this home. You can also rent additional
items such as a full size crib, jogging stroller, etc. for an
additional delivery fee.

This home has both cable TV and Wireless internet to ensure that you stay connected while on vacation. Plus we offer bicycles and a wagon to help you get around town and see all the sights the city has to offer! So whether you want to enjoy a fun night in or a day of adventure we offer everything from board games and grocery delivery service to discount amusement park tickets available on request.

Within a 3 block area you can walk to everything you need in 5 minutes
- beach, shops, casual or world class dining and enjoy the best
Mediterranean climate. Driving a short distance will bring you to the
world famous San Diego Zoo, the downtown Gaslamp Quarter, Sea World,
Mission Bay. For the explorer, a two hour drive will take you to
mountains at 6,000 feet or the desert below sea level - probably the
most varied terrain of anywhere imaginable.

In addition, you can order food and dairy products to be delivered to
the home prior to your arrival. Your order will be charged to your
