Vacation Rental Description

Cottage 1 "The Plumeria" is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom ocean front 
vacation rental with beautiful travertine floors throughout. The 
gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to delight any home chef with it's 
Viking Range and custom made travertine countertops. The very modern 
and spacious Bathroom has a soaking tub, a spa shower and two 
vanities in modern design. The living and dining room furniture is 
made by Dedon and gives the cottage a very clean, crisp and classy 
appearance. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with a mattress made by 
Phi-ton to accommodate guests who suffer from allergies. Our 
beachfront vacation rental comes with Cable TV, DVD Player, I-Home 
and free Internet Access. This cottage has one private parking space 
in front of the Hale Makai entrance Gate off OneOne Road.

One bedroom - Queen Bed, Full linens
One bathroom - 1 Spa Shower & 1 Lrg Soaking Tub with Full bath Linens and Kauai Made Soap
Kitchen - Fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, Fridge, Wolf Stove / Oven, Microware, Toaster, 
Dishwasher, and some small appliances
Living Area - Sofa, loveseat, Hanspee TV and DVD Player
Dining Area - Both indoor and outdoor dining 
Lanai- Teak patio furniture for dining and relaxing
Oceanviews from most of interior and from Lanai.

Located on the North Shore of Kauai where the activities are endless.  Hiking, swimming, snorkeling, surfing, 
scuba diving, beach combing, kayaking, ziplining, boating and many more.

Vacation Rental Rates

Prices per night
One bedroom cottage # 1 - $375.00
Our one bedroom cottages for two people range from $355.00 to 
$375.00 per night. There is a $10.00 per night charge added to the 
nightly rate for each additional guest. The maximum capacity for our 
one bedroom cottages is 3 people. At this time we do not offer a 
weekly or monthly rate.
