Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful, brand new cabin located just 3 miles from Tamarack 
Resort.  It's a 3000 sq. ft. cabin that lives large with 3 separate 
living areas.  It offers plenty of open space and retains a homey 
comfortable feel.  Beautifully furnished in a western/mountain style 
pick any corner to curl up and read a book after a fun day of 
playing in the mountains.  The custom kitchen features rustic cherry 
cabinets and the floors are Bamboo.  Look out on the views of West 
Mountain and Tamarack ski area.  Across the street you'll see the 
cattle ranch and have cattle roaming the pasture in the summer 
time.  It is the American West at it's finest. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This 4BR, 3.5 bath home has 3 living areas.  
   - #1 - The media/game room has a complete wet bar including 
          a dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer.
   - #2 - The Loft has a poker table and futon.  
   - #3 - The main living area has a stone gas fireplace and is at   
          the center of the home right next to 
          the kitchen.                                             
The bedrooms are set up so that you can have the 
maximum in privacy.
   - Master BR is on the 1st floor and there's a separate 
     shower and jetted tub.  
   - 2nd master on second floor back by the media room
   - 1 King, 1 Queen, 4 twin beds, 1 double futon, 1 trundle bed   
     that makes up into a queen/king
There's a restful front porch and a deck off of 2 bedrooms 
upstairs.

This home is ideal for families of all sizes.  If your group would 
like a great gathering place and feel like they have privacy at the 
same time, then this is the place for you.
    

Activities and Attractions

The list looks like this: in the WINTER... downhill & cross country 
skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, hunting, hot springs, spa, sleigh 
rides, ice skating.  In the SUMMER...hiking, fishing, sailing, 
boating, jetskiing, mountain biking, golf, antiquing, camping, 
kayaking, Horseback riding, spa, rafting, sightseeing, 
restaurants... There are organized events throughout the year at 
Tamarack, Donnelly, McCall and Cascade.  Come to the Winter Carnival 
in January or listen to live music in the amphitheater at Tamarack 
or watch the fireworks over Lake Cascade on the 4th of July. There 
is something for everyone.  

Vacation Rental Rates

July - August & December - January...$1500/wk.
Rest of the year - $1200/wk.
2 night minimum for weekends @ $200-250/nt.
Monthly rates available - call for information
Reservation/Security deposit of $500 due at time of booking
Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival
Cleaning fees based on condition of home when you leave it.
