This is an awesome home with an incredible main channel view, and
cove protection. Just completely remodeled (2500+ sq. ft., compare
to other rentals, this home has room to spread out). Total of 7 bedrooms with two bed-
rooms located in separate cottage--great for teens, Cottage has A/C, heat and cable TV (no restroom)) 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in main house. (1 downstair bedroom access through another bedroom) User friendly home with only 5 steps to the water.
Enjoy your coffee with patio doors from 3 bedrooms to connecting decks over the lake. Gentle, shaded lot with 3 decks over the
water. You can literally fish from all 3 decks or from the private dock - 1
24 ft. slip is included. Crappie beds abound and the fisherman
know it! Dining room seats 19. 3 bedrooms have walkout access to
decks. Wake up to the beautiful sunrise! This is located at the 4
mile marker of Osage arm on the north shore in Jackson Branch Cove. We have added a full size foosball to go with the karaoke machine--so bring your favorite cds and have some fun!
Our home is accessible all seasons! Come sit by the fireplace and watch the water in the winter too! Enjoy the fall colors and have the lake mostly to yourself! Remember spring brings fish spawn and full limits! VERY reasonable off season rates. Take advantage of them.

7 bedrooms furnished with 2 queens and 2 full size beds, a twin over twin bunk bed and 2 more sets of bunkbeds each is twin top and full bottom. One daybed (bedroom located off of downstairs bedroom) and 1 sofa sleeper. All linens, towels, and dishes. Starter toilet paper, paper towels and soap provided. Each bathroom has a built in hair dryer so you don't have to pack yours! Gas grill, patio sets and parking for 5 cars.

dishwasher and garbage disposal, 5 qt crockpot
21 ft pontoon with 13 passenger capacity available to rent with advanced reservation. Must call Roxann. Includes pull behind tube, swim noodles and life jackets.
Swim area with ladder, basketball hoop over water and swim noodles. 3 fishing poles. Karaoke machine--bring cd's!! Games for rainy days.
We have added 2 childrens pools and 2 gates for your convenience.

Great fishing--we feed the fish. Swim from our dock. Skiing,
tubing, jet ski rental, boat rental, parasailing,live shows, bungy jumping, hiking,
shopping at the outlet mall, and of course lots of places to dine,
both on and off the water. Don't forget to relax! We are walking
distance from Tiki Bay Marina which serves food, and Schmidty's Tiki
Bar.
