Beach Front Rental in Old Saybrook

This Cornfield Point cottage boasts magnificent sunsets to
encourage relaxation. Enjoy the sea air and ocean breeze from the rear deck. This home is located on a corner lot directly across from the beach. The home has unobstructed views of the beach/water. A short 15-20 feet from front lawn to beach. The white picket fence and summer gardens surround the rear yard. There is also an outdoor shower which I recommend you try. The
interior of the home is comfortably appointed. The home has A/C, cable T.V., washer/dryer, stereo, VCR/CD/DVD. Everything you need is there! Tenants bring sheets and towels. There are two (2) queen size beds and one (1) twin bed.  The deck has table, chairs, lounge chairs and umbrella. A gas grill is also available for those summer cookouts. The neighborhood is a private community. The beaches are maintained daily by an attendant.

Amenities include: Air Conditioning, ceiling fans, cable T.V., VCR,
Washer/Dryer, patio furniture, gas grill and lounge chairs. The
kitchen has pots and pans, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, stove,
refrigerator, glasses, silverware, etc... The waterviews and sunsets
are included with the weekly rent.

The Cornfield Point Association provides a playground for your
children, basketball and tennis court. For the golfers, the Fenwick
Golf course is available to the public. The Foxwoods, Mohigan Casinos and Mystic Seaport are 30 minutes away. For
the kids,
visit the Essex Steam Train or the Mystic Aquarium. There are several Outlet centers within minutes
of the
home, for your shopping pleasure. For those who enjoy the theatre, consider the Goodspeed Opera
House,
Ivoryton Playhouse, Katherine Hepburn Theatre or the Norma Terris Theatre. The Gillette Castle and park grounds are available
for hiking
and sight seeing. The Town of Essex, just 15 minutes away, rests on the banks of the Connecticut
River. It
offers quaint New England shops, pubs, a ice cream parlor and a River Boat Cruise.
