Across the street from Beach. Labor Day Special - Call Now. Upstairs 3BR/2BA. Sit on the deck and 
enjoy your

the Atlantic Ocean! 
Home is directly across the street from the beach. Listen to the 
surf and feel the warm ocean breeze. Located in the private, gated 
community of Oceanside Village between Surfside Beach and Garden 
City, South Carolina. Oceanside Village is 7 miles south of of 
Myrtle Beach, and 3 miles north of Murrell's Inlet, home of South 
Carolina's best seafood restaurants.  The home features separate 
upstairs and downstairs units.
Upstairs: Three bedrooms with two full bathrooms, it has been 
completely renovated within the past year. Master BR suite features 
jacuzzi tub and vessel sinks. Outside is a large beautiful wrap 
around deck with views of the ocean. 
Walk to the ocean, ride golf cart (nearby 
rental) or drive to the beach and enjoy ample private oceanfront 
parking that is provided for all guests! Enjoy the relaxing 
atmosphere our community has to offer! 
Rainy days: Enjoy the heated indoor swimming pool & 9000 SQFT 
recreation center!!  Minutes from Hard Rock Cafe, Planet Hollywood, 
Nascar Cafe or shop all day at local outlets and malls.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Upstairs amenities include a front load washer/dryer, dishwasher, 
built in microwave, smooth top stove with full size oven and warming 
drawer, full size refrigerator with icemaker, coffee maker, 
dishes/utensils, pots/pans, three televisions with Time Warner cable 
and DVD players. The LR is brightly decorated and includes a queen 
sleeper sofa. The DR has built in banquettes and can seat 6-8 
comfortably. The Master BR includes a king bed and attached bath 
featuring a jacuzzi tub and vessel sinks, the second bedroom has a 
queen bed and the third bedroom has twin bed with twin trundle.  The 
other bathroom features a large shower/tub. Ceramic tile and 
hardwood floors throughout.
Both units have access to the outside shower and ample parking for 2 
vehicles per unit. Everything is included with the EXCEPTION OF 
LINENS, YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN BED SHEETS, TOWELS, DISHCLOTHS, 
ETC. We do ask the renter to honor our request to keep the 
cottage smoke free. 
Oceanside Village amenities:  24 Hr security, golf cart 
rental, tennis, volleyball & basketball courts, fitness center, 
clubhouse, media center, indoor & outdoor pools,private beach 
parking, Conch Cafe: on-the-beach restaurant.
   

Activities and Attractions

The house is located in Oceanside Village, a 144 acre private 
beachside community which is an ideal family haven. There is a six 
acre recreation area including two spacious pools, one indoors and 
one outdoors; two kiddie pools; a private oceanfront parking area; 
clubhouse; Conch Cafe on-the-beach restaurant and 24 hour on 
premises security.
All Myrtle Beach attractions are minutes away and include: over 100 
area championship golf courses, amusement parks, water parks, 
fishing, shopping, swimming, windsurfing, parasailing, jet skiing, 
boating, scuba diving, biking, live theatre, sailing, miniature 
golf, fitness centers, movie theaters, museums, sighseeing just to 
name a few. Huntington State Beach is only five miles to the south 
and offers hundred of acres of remote beaches and wildlife. Murrells 
Inlet offers some of the best, fresh seafood restaurants in 
the country where boats bring fresh catch right up to the docks.
Tupelo Bay lighted 18-Hole Exec. Golf & Miniature Golf across the 
street; Wild Water Park and the area's largest beach flea market 
across the street. Garden City and Surfside Beach piers within 1.5 
miles.

The calendar only shows the upstairs unit. Please contact us for 
availability and rates for the whole house (upstairs and downstairs)

$100.00 additional.
Monthly rentals: Prices are for Upstairs
October 2008 through December 2008       $800 per month
January through March 2009               $950 month
April 2009		              $850 per month
May through September 2009	         Weekly Rentals Only
Cleaning/security deposit of $200 to reserve with the balance due 
within 3 weeks of arrival.  Money orders, certified checks or credit 
cards!!
Reservations are made only upon receipt of the $200.00 
Cleaning/Security deposit. In case of a late booking of 15 days or 
less then all payments must be made in full. Your $200 
Cleaning/Security Deposit required to cover any damage, including 
smoking inside.  The $200 will be returned to you by mail when the 
house has been inspected for damage and cleanliness. Minimum age 
to book is 21 years old or families and maximum occupancy is 
8 upstairs/8 downstairs unless prior arrangements are made through 
the owner.
Note that the weeks run Saturday thru Saturday. If you 
see a week open but the two Saturdays booked it only means the 
morning hours thru check-out or late afternoon hours for check-in are 
taken. The remaining portion of that day is open and available!  
Smoking: outside on deck & patio only. 
Pet Friendly, 20 pounds or less! Non Refundable Pet Fee of 
$100 applies.
