This complex is great for multi-generational families and retreats of any kind.  You have lots of room in the house, yard and pool to have fun or relax in a tranquil setting.

(Rent just the 1888 Victorian House with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths or
add the Carriage House for a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. The
Carriage House is rented separately. You can request to rent both
houses together.

There is a "Brand New" screened in 20x40 foot Grecian pool with an 8
person therapeutic Jacuzzi.

An assessable ramp is located right by the carport for easy access to
the house. The 1st floor is fully assessable for a wheelchair to get
around. The bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, living room and porches can
all be accessed by a wheelchair.

The first floor consists of the Library/Bedroom, Spacious Living Room,
Music Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, enjoy 2 different types of Porches
a wrap around and a screened in morning porch, 2 full size bathrooms
(one is wheelchair assessable) and a Laundry Room. The floors in all
the rooms are hard wood except the Kitchen which has a tile floor.
The Music room has a brandnew "Baby Grand" player piano and can also be played manually.
The library has books, a computer with high speed internet, puzzles,
games, cards and queen size murphy bed. (A very comfortable murphy
bed).

The second floor consists of the Master Bedroom with a King Size bed
and a balcony directly overlooking the Intra-Coastal Waterway.
A second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has a
double bed and a twin bed. In addition, there is a family room
upstairs with a queen size futon. There are two full bathrooms,
one with a 4 person jacuzzi tub. At the top of the steps is a sitting
room with 2 antique chair and an antique secretaries desk.
