Vacation Rental Description

What an awesome view from every room in the house of the Intra-Coastal
Waterway.  Watch Dolphins play and swim by daily right in front of the
house.  Relax, unwind and step back in time on the breezy southern
style wrap around porch.  Relax on the front porch swing or on
one of the old fashioned wooden rocking chairs.  There is always a
nice breeze on the wrap around porches. 

(Rent just the 1888 Victorian House with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths or 
add the Carriage House for a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 baths.  The
Carriage House is rented separately unless you rent both together.

There is a "Brand New" screened in 20x40 foot Grecian pool with an 8
person therapeutic Jacuzzi.      

The first floor consists of the Library/Bedroom, Spacious Living Room,
Music Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, enjoy 2 different types of Porches
a wrap around and a screened in morning porch, full size bathroom
and Laundry Room.  The floors in all the rooms are hard wood 
except the Kitchen which has a tile floor.  The Music room has a brand
new "Baby Grand" player piano and can also be played manually. 
The library has books, a computer with high speed internet, puzzles,
games, cards and queen size murphy bed.  This room is also used as a
bedroom.

The second floor consists of the Master Bedroom with a King Size bed 
and a balcony directly overlooking the Intra-Coastal Waterway.  
A second  bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has a 
double bed and a twin bed.  In addition, there is a family room 
upstairs with a queen size futon.  There are two full bathrooms,
one with a 4 person jacuzzi tub.

Rent just the 1888 Victorian House with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths or add

Maid Fee                                     $160 
No Smoking
Deposit - 50% (non-refundable) deposit is required at time of
reservation. The other 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival.
