A spacious (totally refurbished inside) villa with leather lounge
furniture and teak and mahogany bedroom furniture, (If you have
small children with creative art habits- this may not be the villa
for you!) The large pool has a spa overflowing into it. No other
properties back onto the pool/deck area ensuring privacy for guests.
The living area has a sweeping leather sofa and views the pool area
through double-width patio doors. It also has cable TV.
Adjoining this is a 'snug' (with recliner chairs, DVD and cable TV)
in which you can recline to read, watch TV or simply relax.
The master bedroom has a four poster mahogany bed with furniture to
match. It has its own private master bathroom and also has Cable TV.
The double (full) bedroom and twin bedroom share a bathroom and
still have the same high standard of furnishing.
All linen and towels are provided.

Fully airconditioned the property has a kitchen dining area
overlooking the pool and a more formal dining area adjoining the
living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge
freezer,cooker dishwasher,microwave and all utensils, crockery etc.
The laundry has a washer and dryer and ironing facilities.
Outside in the pool area is a gas BBQ.

All the activities associated with Bradenton are within a short
drive. Golfing,fishing,boat hire/charter.
Sarasota with all its attractions is 10 minute drive South along the
I-75.
Disney, Sea World and Orlando are 90 minutes away.

Sorry - No pets and NO SMOKING.We may only accept 14 night minimum
bookings over Christmas/New Year due to cleaning service restraints.

Please note that this property is situated in a deed restricted
community and as such we are sorry to have to exclude the following:
No Camper vans/Mobile Homes. ‘Sign written’ vehicles are permitted,
provided they are parked within the garage and not parked outside
the villa. Guests will also be required to behave in a responsible
manner towards our neighbours e.g. no loud music. ‘Excessive’ noise –
‘sufficient to cause a disturbance’ to neighbouring homes would
result in a breach of our community homeowner regulations, and as
such would also immediately terminate your contract with us!
