Vacation Rental Description

Contemporary home that steps to the private end of Twin Lakes Beach.  
Blacks Beach has great swimming, surfing and skim boarding. Walk to  
the Harbor, Crow's Nest and other great spots. Bike rentals  
available.  Our house is fully equipped for your enjoyment. There  
are two master bedrooms (Cal. King & two extra long twin beds) with  
full baths upstairs and balconies. Rear master has oceanview. There  
is a queen sofa bed downstairs with a half bath. 
 
A tropical secluded patio is in the backyard with an outdoor warm  
shower. BBQ grill and patio furniture for outdoor dining.This home  
is perfect for two couples or a family of 4. We will  
accept small animals upon approval. 
 
Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Capitola Village, Downtown Santa Cruz  
and Santa Cruz Wharf are a five minute drive. San Jose Airport,  
Carmel and Monterey are a 40 minute drive.   
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

  
Beach towels, chairs and all linens provided. Parking for 2 cars in  
the driveway and 2 parking permits. Washer, Dryer, Gas Fireplace,  
BBQ, Patio with furniture, California King in Master bedroom and  
extra long twins in guest room. Both bedrooms have sun balconies  
with ocean view and full baths. There are 3 televisions with cable,  
DVD, VCR, stereo, Cable & wireless internet.  
Kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, icemaker, microwave and

Vacation Rental Rates

May-September (high season)    $1750.00/wk.  $550.00/weekend 
October-April (low season)     $1400.00/wk.  $500.00/weekend 
 
Major Holidays are billed at the high season rate. 
10% hotel tax added for stays under 30 days. 
$100.00 cleaning fee. 
$500.00 fully refundable security deposit required to block dates. 
Balance of rent due 60 days before check in. 
Stays over 30 days, call for rates.
