Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful luxury condo is located in the heart of the Plateau,
steps away from Prince-Arthur, the famous pedestrian boulevard. The
unit is within walking distance of Saint-Denis and Saint-Laurent
Blvds, where chic dining and trendy shopping can be enjoyed. All
festivals are within walking distance (High Lights Festival, Jazz
Festival, Film Festival, Just for Laughs, Grand Prix F1).

The condo includes two bedrooms with Queen size beds, a living room
with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, full bathroom, and
powder room. The unit has two televisions, with cable, DVD players, a
surround sound system, coffee machine, microwave, toaster oven, iron
and ironing board, washer/dryer, air conditioning unit, telephone,
wi-fi access, all linens and dishware. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our suite is designed to be your home away from home. 

Included in our rate is air conditioning, 2 TVs with cable (including
one large-screen), surround sound stereo system, unlimited local
telephone with voice mail. 

Our kitchen is fully equipped including microwave and dishwasher. All
pots, pans, china and cutlery is supplied for 8 people.  A coffee
machine, spices, and blender are included.

There is a hair dryer and an ironing board with iron. All your linen
is supplied.
