We have over 65 fabulous homes and villas moments away from the unspoilt beaches and magical waters
of the Gulf of Mexico.

This gorgeous privately owned villa has been furnished to a very high standard and looks like a
model.

It has many upgrades and extras including 3 large bedrooms, master bathroom plus a further bathroom.
The interior is beautifully decorated with volumous ceilings plus an upgraded and well equipped
kitchen.

There is full air conditioning in the house, with ceiling fans in rooms and on the lanai. The
oversized pool is solar heated and there is a double garage.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms.
The main master suite has a King bed (6’)night stands,dresser and doors onto the lania and pool
area, the en-suite bathroom features a walk-in Roman style shower. The versized vanity unit has twin
washbasins and lots of drawer space.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed (5'6") bedside tablew and closet.

The third bedroom features 2 single beds and closet.

All linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided and there is a hairdryer in each bedroom.

Family Areas.

There is a luxurious great room and separate family dining area,great for planning day trips over
breakfast. Also,a family room for TV watching.

Our homes feature all the usual appliances, plus stereo, cable TV and video/DVD player. Telephones
in the main bedroom and kitchen area are included with free wifi broadband internet and free calls
to USA, Canada and UK landlines.

Catering Facilities.
The kitchen includes everything you could need with microwave, ceramic top cooker, huge
fridge/freezer with icemaker and top grade accessories. The laundry room is also fully equipped.

Pool Details.
The private,solar heated pool is East facing so catches plenty of sun. The large lanai features
loungers and much needed shade for the hottest days.

The Lania area is larger than on most properties,with BBQ, patio table, chairs and sun loungers. The
pool deck looks out onto greenbelt.

Water recreation around Englewood includes swimming, shelling,
searching for pre-historic sharks teeth, snorkeling, fishing,
shrimping and clamming. You will also find kayak and jetski
rentals nearby.

Early risers can watch turtle hatchlings emerge from their
nests during the months of July through September.

October is a great month for finding sand dollars buried in the
shallows or washing up on the shore.

For you fishermen, fishing charters are available for catching
Tarpon, Grouper, Snook, Reds, Trout, Shark, and more. Or, bring
your own boat. There are several good local public ramps in the
area.

Just to the south of Manasota Key is the world famous
Boca Grande pass; Tarpon fishing capital of the world. Between
Manasota Key and Boca Grande is Stump Pass and Little Gasparilla
Pass, both excellent for fishing. And, later in the afternoon simply
pull up on the sandy shore, go for a swim, have a few drinks, set up
a barbeque, and grill your day's catch.

For golfers, there are more than 30 courses within 20 miles.
