Vacation Rental Description

Gorgeous Valle de Bravo home on three stories with built-in swimming pool, 3 available bedrooms and 
3 1/2 bathrooms. 

Ground Floor:

Bedroom #1 - Large bedroom with 2 full-size beds, private bath with shower, window/balcony with view 
and overlooking swimming pool. SLEEPS 4.

Bedroom #2 - Smaller bedroom with 2 twin beds, private bath with shower, window/balcony with view 
and overlooking swimming pool. SLEEPS 2.

Bedroom #3 - Large bedroom with 2 full-size beds, private bath with shower, window/balcony with view 
and overlooking park-like garden. SLEEPS 4.

Media Room with projection television and movie screen, 6-speaker surround sound with subwoofer, 
indoor garden with skylight, access to rear yard with built-in pool. Gorgeous views.


Second Floor:

Professionally decorated main entry with recessed lighting.

Living room with fireplace, stereo and incredible forest and hill views. Dining room with seating 
for 14 at the main table. Terrace with outdoor speaker system for music. 

Fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, stove and oven, convection oven, and breakfast 
nook with seating for 6. Access to Patio Mexicano for relaxing and enjoying a cup of coffee or tea 
among the incredible bugambilia plants.

A two-car garage for parking or storage during your stay, and the servants' quarters are also 
located on this floor.


Third Floor:

The third floor has the private bedrooms of the home owners' family. These bedrooms will remain 
closed during your stay. 

There is a sitting area with TV, DVD, and VCR for your use. 

In total, the home has 3 available bedrooms, each with its own private bath, plus an additional 1/2 
bath on the main level and the servants' quarters.

About a 10-minute walk to the center of Valle de Bravo, this exquisite home is located atop a hill 
offering incomparable views of what Valle de Bravo is famous for: pine-covered rolling hills, 
incredible weather, and a beautiful town center complete with cobblestone streets and an impressive 
cathedral.

When you tire of relaxing by the private built-in pool, watching a movie on the movie screen in the 
media room, or entertaining your friends and family in this one-of-a-kind private paradise, you'll 
want to see everything that Valle de Bravo has to offer. 

Just 95 miles from Mexico City, yet in another world! At 6,070 feet above sea level, Valle de Bravo 
has aptly been called the "Switzerland of Mexico." 

Ringed by pine-forested mountains and set beside a beautiful lake, Valle de Bravo is a 16th-century 
village with cobblestone streets and colonial structures built around a town plaza. Like San Miguel 
de Allende, Taxco, and Puerto Vallarta, Valle de Bravo is a National Heritage village; new 
construction must conform to the colonial style of the original village.

The village's cobbled streets, small restaurants, hotels, spas, and shops are full on weekends -- 
this is a very popular retreat from Mexico City. Some shops and restaurants may be closed weekdays. 
The crafts market, 3 blocks from the main square, is open daily from 10am to 5pm, and colorfully 
dressed Mazahua Indians sell their handmade tapestries daily around the 
town plaza.

Sailing, windsurfing, bass fishing, and water-skiing are popular on the lake, as well as twice-
weekly dinner-dance cruises aboard The Crystal. What's more, Valle de Bravo is known as the hang-
gliding capital of Mexico! You'll see these beautiful gliders overhead on a daily basis from just 
about any location in Valle. And, if you feel up to it, we can arrange a tandem ride with an 
instructor for just over $100!

Excursions from Valle include a horseback trip to the nesting grounds of the monarch butterfly 
between November and February, a ten-minute drive to the local go-kart race track, or a vist to the 
beautiful Catholic Spiritual Center of Maranatha.
