amenities are included with rental of unit including
use of dining room, tennis courts, fitness center and golfing
priviliges. Building has elevator. One covered parking spot is reserved per unit, with
additional
uncovered parking available for guests. Condo has washer dryer in unit.
No pets, no smoking.

Condo is 10 minutes from airport and to Hammond Stadium which is
spring training home for the Minnesota Twins. 25 minutes to Fort Myers or Sanibel
beaches.

Spectacular clubhouse swimming pool with its tropical waterfall and
hot tub.
Tennis facility that has 6 courts and a pro shop. For family members
interested in
tennis instead of golf this is a great option.

Fitness center, featuring weight-lifting machines, bicycles and
treadmills.
We have fitness director, tennis and golf professional to handle
classes and
instruction.

Legends Golf & Country Club offers a par 72 Private Championship
golf course. The tees
range from 6652 to 5212 yards. The fairways are spacious and
forgiving with mounding
around the generous-sized greens to create an enjoyable yet
challenging layout.

Lakes, ponds and creeks set picturesque scenes around 14 of Legends
holes.

Just enough hazards to grab your attention yet you can relax, only a
few holes actually
require forced carries over water. The rest of the water lies along
the sides of fairways
where you can avoid trouble if you play it smart.

Our golf course architect Joe Lee, a legend in himself, was known
for creating courses
where golfers can easily calculate the strategy to the hole � no
wacky tricks or blind shots.

$3100 per month for the months of February and March. $2000 for
January and April, $1800
for December. $1600 any other month.

$250 transfer fee allows access to all amenities of Legends Country
Club. No charge for green fees, cart fees additional per golfer.

No Smoking or pets.
$500 deposit due at time of reservation. $100 cleaning fee
subtracted from deposit at departure.
