can be arranged as a king.

equipped, dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator w/icemaker,
blender, coffeemaker,etc. The dining table seats 6. There is a
laundry closet with a washer and dryer. TV's in every room. All
linens and towels. High speed Internet access.

Next to the beach, the heated pool is 50'x25' and there is an
adjacent hot tub. There is also a spa. There are two tennis courts,
a basketball court and covered parking [free]. Two elevators serve
the 5 floors.

In addition to the ocean and the amenities, the area offers a
multitude of activities, ranging from golf, to river tours, airboat
rides, deep sea fishing, schooner sails, gambling ships, the Kennedy
Space Center, rocket and Space Shuttle launches, the National
Wildlife Refuge, shopping, dining, Old Town Cocoa Village,
nightclubs, the Maxwell King Perfomance Center. Orlando amusement
parks, Disney, Universal and Sea World, are within reasonable
driving distance.

All rates plus 11% Tax and $80 departure cleaning fee

$300.00 advance payment is required to guarantee your reservation.
The balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date.
If booking less than 30 days before your arrival date, full payment
is expected to guarantee your reservation.
Refunds are given for cancellations if notice is received at least
30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
