Weekly rates are from $550-850/week

Long term leases are available; please call for details and rates.

Deposits:  50% of rental agreement total due at booking with balance due 15 days prior
                 Non refundable if cancelled within 15 days unless property is able to be rented 
              $500. fully refundable security deposit if property is left as found 
              $65.00 non refundable cleaning deposit
