Vacation Rental Description

your family beach vacation. Mainsail is situated on 15 acres 
directly on the beach with 24 hour on-site security, two pools, hot 
tub, basketball court, game room, grilling areas equipped with 
grills, fitness room, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, a 
meeting/party room, and complimentary beach service (in season).

Mainsail is conveniently located across from the Silver Sand 
Designer Outlet Mall, and a variety of popular restuarants, golf 
courses, and other popular attractions.

Enjoy the spectacular view of the Gulf from your own private 
balcony, living room, and Master bedroom. Listen to the waves as you 
fall asleep . . . that is how close you are to the beach. The condo 
is decorated with all the comforts of home in mind, three TVs, two 
VCR/DVD players, CD stereo, and an IPOD docking station. Internet 
access is also available. This two bedroom, two bath condo is just 
the beginning of a memorable vacation!!!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities include: 24 hour security, covered parking, beach services 
(in season), fitness room, arcade game room, tennis court, 
basketball court, shuffleboard, 2 pools, kiddie pool, Grilling areas 
with grill and more.
Bedding arrangement: 1 king, 2 twins, and pullout sofa sleeper. 
Kitchen: fully equipped, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, 
washer/dryer.
Entertainment: Three TVs, Two VCR/DVD, CD stereo, IPOD Docking 
station, Cable, Internet access, telephone.

Destin is ONE big playground, some of the activities you can enjoy 
but not limited to are:
Golf, Tennis, Shopping, Sightseeing, Fine Dinning, Kayaking,

Vacation Rental Rates

Fall (August - October) $149/night.......$1000/week
Winter (November - February) $129/night ... $850/week ... $1500/month
Spring (March - mid May) $179 - 229/night... $1200 - $1600/week
Summer (mid May - August) $249 - $279/night ... $1650 - 1900/week

Minimum stay 3 nights.

***Rates do not include 11%FL State tax and $75 cleaning fee***
Cleaning fee is waived on weekly rentals.
A $250 refundable deposit is required upon reservation. No refunds 
will be made on cancelled reservation within 30 days.
Must be 25 or older.
