A three bedroom, two bathroom well maintained private chalet centrally located on 1 wooded acre 2.5 miles from Seven Springs, 10 miles from Hidden Valley and 1 mile from Laurel Hill State Park. A beautiful stone fireplace in the living room that rises 22 feet to the peak of the cathedral ceiling invites you to enjoy a crackling fire anytime there's a chill in the air. The front of the house is a wall of windows that makes it possible for you to look out on the snow of winter, the green of summer and the reds and golds of autumn. A large wrap-around deck is also available for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the Laurel Mountains. A new firepit adds to the fun and relaxation.  Circular driveway has easy dual access and room for at least 8 cars.

• Large living room with stone fireplace, sofa with queen size sofa bed, satellite HDTV, DVD/VCR
• Kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel stove and refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffeemaker, toaster, cookware and dishes
• Laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board
• Large wrap-around deck with built-in benches, stainless gas grill, patio furniture and picnic table in the yard
• Firepit available for your use

You'll be close to Seven Springs Mountain Resort (2.5 miles), Hidden Valley Four Seasons Resort, Laurel Hill and Kooser State Parks, Frank Lloyd Wright's Falling Water and Kentuck Knob, Flight 93 Memorial, Ohiopyle, Ligonier, Idlewild Park including SoakZone and Story Book Forest, Rails-to-Trails bike trails, wineries and numerous golf courses.

Spring/Summer/Fall activities include: Golfing, swimming, hiking, biking, fishing, white water rafting, horseback riding, antiquing, shopping, sightseeing and just plain relaxing!

Winter activities include: Alpine and cross-country skiing, snow boarding, snow tubing, snowmobiling, sleigh rides and much, much more.

Off Season/Summer Rates: $707.00 (2 nights minimum)
(April - November) $1470.00 (per week)

In Season/Winter Rates: $925.00 (2 nights minimum)
(December - March) $1821.50 (per week)

In Season "Holiday" rates are higher and require a minimum of 3
nights.  Holiday rates apply Christmas through New Years and Martin Luther King and President's Day weekends.
