Located in Bisbee, a birding paradise and tourist destination. Nearby
are Tombstone, Historic Bisbee, Karchner Caverns and 11 more golf
courses. Only 80 miles from Tucson.

Vacation Rental Amenities

House comes with golf cart. Very reasonable Golf packages
available at
Turquoise Valley Golf Club.
Deluxe gourmet kitchen, all stainless appliances,(6 burner
professional gas cooktop, potfiller, Kenmore elite fridge and freezer,
Kenmore elite microwave, double Thermador ovens, Bosch ultra quiet
dishwasher.
4 person spa on patio. Barbecue on patio.
Central air and heat, gas fireplace. 
LG 42" 1080p hdtv with digital video recorder. Wireless internet
service, computer, printer. 
2 Car + golf cart garage. 
Queen bed in master, twins in guest room.
Third bedroom functions as an office.
Washer and dryer, ADT security system, all linens, towels, cooking and
eating utensils. In short, all you need is your toothbrush.
His and hers sinks in master bath. Shower with heavy glass frameless
shower doors. Standard bath in guest bathroom.
Deluxe ceiling fans in each room with 4 ceiling fans in patio.

Vacation Rental Rates

$2500 per month. 1 month minimum, 300 security and reservation
deposit, $75 cleaning fee.
No smoking, no children under 18
If reservation cancelled more than 1 month before arrival date,
security and reservation deposit will be returned. No refund if within
30 days of scheduled arrival.
