Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful Ocean view condo is on the 9th floor, end unit on the south side. 
The condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom that
overlooks the ocean.  It is adjoined by a large master bath with a
garden tub, double vanities and a separate enclosed walk-in shower.  
The living room and dining room are decorated with a modern touch and
also overlook the ocean.  The second guest bedroom with bath has 
two twin size beds.
The kitchen overlooks the living room and dining room and has all new GE appliances.  The
laundry room is off the kitchen and contains a full size washer and
dryer.  All small appliances and cooking utensils are included.  The
third bedroom  has a balcony with a the third bathroom off to the side. In addition to opening to 
the main living area, this room also opens
to the back living space, furnished with bar table.
The condo has tastefully modern furniture.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The unit contains two televisions with cable.
DVD player on main television in family room.
CD player
Wrap around balcony that overlooks the ocean and Halifax River.
All kitchen appliances provided, linens, beach towels and bath towels.

The building features a secured entrance, secured underground 
parking,
beautifully decorated community room with a big screen TV and a pool
table and a nicely furnished exercise room.  There are two swimming
pools and two hot tubs that overlook the ocean.

Activities and Attractions

In addition to the “World’s Most Famous Beach”, you can relax and
enjoy the pool, community and exercise rooms.  Towers Grande is
located only minutes from the Daytona Speedway, 90 minutes from 
Disney
World, Universal Studios and Sea World in Orlando, one hour to St.
Augustine or the outlet stores on I-95, and one hour from Cape
Canaveral.  We are located across the street from miniature golf and
go cart racing and are also near boating, deep sea fishing, golfing,
sailing, surfing, windsurfing, parasailing and jet skiing.  There are
excellent restaurants and grocery stores nearby.  Don’t forget to
browse the shops in beautiful downtown Daytona.

Towers Grande has a TWO WEEK MINIMUM RENTAL.
