Vacation Rental Description

Lavishly decorated executive home, recently completed December 2006, 
with attached guest house and oversized enclosed garage. Furnished 
with 14 beds and sleeps 16 people very comfortably. There is a ten-
person dining room table with room for more. An extra large family 
room and fully stocked gourmet kitchen with bar area and wine 
refrigerator, are available for your convenience. The jetted tub is 
in the master bedroom, with oversized shower stalls in each of the 5 
full baths. The house comes with fully equipped mud-room and boot 
dryers for ski equipment. It is the luxury vacation home for your 
seasoned travelers.

The ultimate entertainment package includes plasma televisions 
throughout home, with an extensive DVD library, Playstation 2, cable 
TV with movies and music stations that play through a state of the 
art surround sound system. Also includes an 80-game stand up arcade 
and full size electronic dart machine, along side a foosball, ping-
pong and pool table in the game room.

The property is half a mile or 3 minutes to casinos and 1 mile or 4 
to 5 minutes to Heavenly Ski Resort. Enjoy a relaxing time in the 10-
person hot tub on the lanai. Do not forget about sleds for backyard

Labor Day, Memorial Day, Presidents Day .. $1250/night (3 night min).
Christmas, New Years, 4th of July ......... $1350/night (1 week min).
Rent 6 nights and get 1 night free........... except posted holidays.
All Rental Fees are plus 10% Nevada Room Tax and $350 Cleaning Fee.
