located in Daytona Beach Shores in the 3100 block of Atlantic Ave.

The 12th floor unit is 2 bedrooms, 2 bath and is direct oceanfront.

Beds are king, 2 twins, and sleeper sofa. Sleeps max of 6 people.

Rentals run Sat-Sat and no rentals for less than one week.

Close to everything. Disney is 1 1/2 hrs away, St Augistine is 45 
minutes, The Cape is 30 minutes, Orlando is 1 hr.

Come stay on the ocean with us for less than a hotel room possibly.

Rates run $799-1200 depending on the season. 

Property is available for rent all year.

Internet special price of $799 plus tax is available in the off 
season which is:  4/26-5/31 and again 8/16-12/20/08
Internet special must be booked by e-mail only.
Phone calls will not receive this price. 

These rates do not apply to holidays or special events.

There are no other charges except sales tax of 12 1/2%.  Departure 
cleaning fee is included in your price.  Most others charge extra for 
it.


These units are classified as a resort condominium as defined in 
section 509.242 FS, and have obtained a group or collective license 
pursuant to section 509.251, FS, prior to commencing operation.
