is positioned three lots from open water to afford nice views
from the lanai. The home has 2300 sq ft under air and a very large
lanai with an outdoor dining table for 6. Come and enjoy breakfast or
dinner in the open air with relaxing atmosphere and great views.
The house flows nicely with all of the entertaining on one side and
the sleeping quarters on the other.All of the furnishings are new and
updated. The lanai screen house is new as well.A new master bedroom
and bath was added in 2000 and the two other baths were renovated
with all new fixtures. It has a large fully equipped kitchen unlike
most houses of this size. The beaches are a 5- 10 minute
drive away depending on the beach you pick.. Beach Parking is
$5.00/day

The home is tastefully decorated with new furniture. The Master
Bedroom, at one end of the home, is carpeted for quiet and is huge
with its own light filled bath with a large soaking tub and large
walk-in shower. It has a king size sleigh bed, large dresser and an
Armoire with cable TV. Also has an IPOD clock radio . One guest room
is equipped with a queen size bed and adjoining bath. The second
guestroom has twin beds and an adjoining bath. Day guests can be
accommodated on one of the four sofas in the home. All linens are
provided. The living room has a sofa, love seat and two chairs. The
dining room seats six with glass walls to the lanai. The large
kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of everything and adjoins
a family room with a half height wall so you can cook and still be
with your guests or keep an eye on the kids. The family room has
cable TV and Internet and has a sofa and love seat.
The lanai has a dining table for 6 along with lounge chairs and
cocktail tables. Paperbacks, CD�s, games and DVD�s are provided for
stay at home days. A barbeque is provided for outdoor grilling. Beach
chairs and towels are provided as well. There is a large boat dock to
accommodate most size boats or kids for fishing. Two bicycles are
provided for bike rides around the island.

Marco Island is a special piece of heaven tucked away in the
southernmost west coast.From the moment you cross the bridge your
cares float away. The island offers peace and tranquility
for those that want to just relax as well as a broad assortment of
adventure,discovery, dining and entertainment. For those seeking
exercise you can bike around the island or to the beach or walk for
hours on the pristine beaches searching for shells and sand dollars.
There are many public golf courses within a 15 mile
radius. For the adventurous you can rent kayaks or boats of any size
for fishing and exploring the vast waterways, get a charter for deep
sea fishing, go parasailing or waterskiing or rent scooters to tour
the island. You can take airboats and explore the backwaters or go
nature watching or take a day trip on the ferry to Key
West. There are many fine restaurants for casual dining on the island
that offer exquisite cuisine while watching the sunset. Marco also
has a number of entertainment options including a movie theater,
comedy club, night clubs for dancing and lounges for socializing.
There is plenty of shopping for everything as well. Naples is
a short ride away for additional dining and large shopping centers.

Cleaning Fee $150.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in time is: 3:00 P.M.
Check-out time is: 11:00 A.M.
Minimum rental: 7-days
Maximum # of guests: 6 (including children)
Security Deposit $500.00 refundable once property has been inspection
for damage
