Vacation Rental Description

     Fifteen minute drive to downtown Asheville!
     Totally private apartment in a classic 1960's neighborhood.  
Country decorated throughout, with antique charm and the owner's 
personal decorative touches.
     About your stay here-
     The kitchen is equipped with full size stove and refrigerator, 
plus microwave and coffee maker.  Or, grill out on the covered 
porch.  A full-service supermarket is just one mile away.
     Rather eat out?  Asheville is noted for it's many fine 
restaurants.
     Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.  This is a non-
smoking rental and no pets allowed, please.
     You will enjoy sleeping on our antique full-size beds furnished 
with all new mattresses.  Bedding and towels provided.
     Whether enjoying the cable TV, reading under the large shade 
trees, or taking a walk in this incredibly peaceful community, we're 
sure you will enjoy your stay with us.

     Newly renovated with a North Carolina theme, you'll enjoy this 
understated retreat.  The handmade dining table welcomes friends.  
Full glass sliding doors and a triple picture window make the living 
area bright and cheerful.

Activities and Attractions

     Near to all the things the Asheville area is famous for:  The 
Biltmore House, whitewater rafting, music concerts, skiing, mountain 
trails, Blue Ridge Parkway, theater, Mt.Mitchell and Mt.Pisgah, golf, 
dining, kayaking, and shopping.
     Black Mountain, Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, The Appalachain Trail, 
Hot Springs, and waterfalls galore are also close by.  Or you could 
just sit and enjoy a climate like no other in the world.

* $80 per night/3 night minimum/4 person maximum

* We accept cash, checks, mastercard, visa...make checks payable to

Notice our rates do not change for "peak" seasons as for other 
rentals.  And there is no cleaning fee.
