this is a smoke free home. This property is located at 697 Sequoia Dr.
on the Indian Hills Peninsula. Large covered boathouse with covered
deck over the water offers the perfect place for relaxing. Start
Water Skiing right off the deck, or float the
day away.

Kitchen is furnished with a 22 cubic foot side by side refrigerator,
stove, dishwasher and microwave. With cookware, dishes, toaster oven,
blender, and coffee maker. Everything you would need to feel right at
home in the kitchen. Home has central air and heat with ceiling fans
in every room. Living room comes equipped with a 32 inch HD flat
screen TV with DVD player also a nice wood burning fireplace. Picnic
area consist of picnic table, smoker, charcoal grill and nice porch
swing overlooking beautiful Lake Livingston. Upstairs deck consist of
large umbrella, two loungers and a fabulous view of the lake. Down
stairs deck consist of patio table and six chairs, two lounger chairs
with foot stools and bar with two bar stools. This house is completely
furnished with linens including pillows and blankets. Boathouse is
equipped with electric boat lift large enough for a 24 ft pontoon
boat. Covered deck over the water perfect for watching the
gorgeous sunsets.

Boating, Water Skiing, Sailing, Jet-Skiing, Swimming, and of course
great fishing, all available right off the Covered Deck. Bike riding,
jogging or walking in the quiet scenic neighbor is very enjoyable.
Convenience store, marina, and cafe all located within 3 or 4 minutes
by car or boat. Boat Rental available nearby. Town of Livingston is
within 10 minutes, with restaurants and a local golf course. Lake
Livingston State Park is located 10 minutes away.
