garage for private parking of your vehicle, boat or small RV. 
We have one of the largest garages in Pacific Beach! Located in the 
heart of Pacific Beach makes this one of the most desirable, sought-
after vacation homes that's steps away from the bay and ocean. 
Minutes from major downtown attractions, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, 
shopping and fine dining. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This unit comes fully furnished with 2 Queen beds and 2 Twin beds. 
Equipped with two TV's, DVD, coffee maker, dishes, cooking utensils, 
pots, pans, linens and towels.

All appliances, utilities, Cable TV, High Speed Internet are 
included.

Weekly maid service is available upon request.

Excursions to the Historic Gas Lamp District, Seaport Village, and 
Sea World; and if that's not enough, Mission Bay Park, Beaches, Golf 
Course, & Balboa Park are also close by. Take a stroll on the 
Boardwalk, or enjoy a beach volleyball game. Restaurants, bars, 
nightlife, a grocery store, and shopping center are all within 
walking distance. We are also conveniently located next to the 
Catamaran Resort and Spa, where they offer a wide variety of

Vacation Rental Rates

This home offers monthly, weekly and nightly rentals with a 3-night 
minimum.

Summer Rates:  $475/night, $3,000/week. No monthly rentals available.

Winter Rates: $275/night, $2,000/week, $4,000/month.
             (Includes landscape service)

Christmas and Thanksgiving: $2,575/week.

10.5% Califoria Tax.

Security Deposit $500, returned within 2 weeks after vacating 
property.
