Vacation Rental Description

Beautifully furnished condo townhome in the heart of Jupiter.  
Grand living area with volume ceilings, all the bells and whistles
in the kitchen, breakfast bar, separate dining area.  Split bedroom
plan, queen in the master and queen in the guest bedroom each has
it's private bathrooms.  A fabulous loft with a sleep sofa for that
extra comfort and visitor's.  One car garage. Everything from soup
to nuts! Gated community walk to beach or the Jupiter Inlet just
around the corner. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This community offers a par 3 golf course.  Nine holes.  No 
membership required.  Olympic size swimming pool and community room.
The Estuary is a gated community and within walking distance to
Carlin Park and the beautiful Jupiter Inlet.  Close to shopping
and major highways.

Activities and Attractions

16 movie theatres just down the road, the new Maltz Dinner Theatre
5 minutes drive to the Gardens Mall, and the "New Downtown" at the
Gardens, where you have the newest restaurants and selective stores
+ whole foods, and Movie Theatres.  Across from the Gardens Mall
is the New Legacy Place with Loehmann's, Pier One, Linen & Things
Boutiques, furniture stores, and more new restaurants.  You can
find everything here.

Vacation Rental Rates

$3500 per month in season - November thru April
$1300 per month off season - May thru October
$1000 security deposit required (refundable when you vacate)
11.5% Florida State Tax (Mandatory)
$100 Exit cleaning fee
Tenants pay for electric only.  Cable, water, sewer, trash pick up
are all included in the rent.
