Vacation Rental Description

Casa La Serena is located in a magnificent and private resort in 
Ixtapa. This resort hosts some of the most glamorous beach houses in 
Mexico. 

It has a beautiful view of the open sea, of Ixtapa´s strip and of 
the Marina. 

La Serena is an 8 room house, in two different floors. Each 
floor can be completely independent of the other, in case you only 
want to rent a 4 room space. 

There is a very large swimming pool, and two jacuzzis. 
All rooms have very beatifull views, having the master bedroom a 
magnificent view. 

The pool, jacuzzi, living room and dinning rooom close to one 
another in a very large area. 

Your own private pool, allows you to relax and to respect your 
vacation time with your family (no volleyballs bumping you, or 
screams from other people kids). Pure exclusivity. 

We have a Chef and a Menu, from which you can pick your meals. For 
all meals you will only pay the ingredients which your 
private "host" will take care of purchasing for you. 

A Jeep is included, so that you can move across Ixtapa. 
Your "host" will arrange all activities for you in advance. 

The resort has access to the beach, where a private zone will be 
reserved for you. It also has access to the marina where all the 
Ixtapa yachts are located. 

Ixtapa is considered the undiscovered jewel of Mexico's beaches. It 
is a very exlusive and peaceful beach. Different from Cancun, it is 
not a crowdy spring breaking beach (although it has plenty of fun). 
Different from Los Cabos, it has nicer beaches and significantly 
lower prices in everything. 
Different from Puerto Vallarta, a much better weather, with sunny 
skies most of the year. 

This is why, people who come to Ixtapa, fall in love with Ixtapa. 
Most owners of Mexico's Fortune companies, have their houses in 
Ixtapa. It is a breath taking place. 

Flights to Ixtapa are through Continental, American, Mexicana and 
others (one stop). 
There are also charters through apple vacations in which you can buy 
the flight ticket.

- Dinning room  and living room integrated to the pool platform, 
with spectacular view. 
- Access to the general beach in the resort, in which a private 
section will be reserved for you. 
- Access to the Marina in the resort, where we can arrange a rent of 
a Yacht or a 
Sailboat in advance. 
- Tennis courts in the resort. 
- Paddle tennis courts in the resort.

- Golf- Two Robert Trent gorgeous golf courses are located 3 minutes 
away. You will receive a discount because of being a guest in this 
house (60 dollar courses).
